We Care for Each Other and Our World

Friday Prayer Group and Bible Study

Friday Prayer Group and Bible Study starts at 10:00 a.m. in the Rosser Room.  We use the Upper Room devotional as our guide.  Please come and join us; it is a wonderful time for fellowship and sharing our faith. Please call John Bird or Valerie Ary if you have any questions.

Lean About Homelessness
Please mark your calendars to stay after worship on Sunday, September 19th. Two guests from the National Coalition for Homelessness will be speaking with us about their personal stories of being homeless and reiterating the important work we are doing to end homelessness and hunger in this country.  All are welcome to gather in the fellowship hall after the worship service to listen and learn.

Boca Helping Hands

The Mission and Community Outreach Committee oftentimes helps prepare and serve hot meals, distribute groceries from the pantry and organize food that has been donated in the warehouse. Contact Misti Johnson-Arce if you have questions at 954-347-7661

Feeding the Hungry:

Food is collected at all times for distribution from the church as well as through local agencies in our area. Just bring your non-perishable foods to the church and we'll make sure it gets to those who need it. Several of our members volunteer weekly at area soup kitchens.

Habitat for Humanity:

We have helped to build a number of homes in the south Florida area. In addition, we contribute financially to this much needed ministry. If you are interested in future HFH work days, contact Roy Nyren at 561.362.5642

Transportation is no problem because we share rides among us! Call the church office or Roy Nyren to sign up or if you have any questions.

Mission Giving:

Congregational Church of Boca Raton has long been a leader in giving to mission projects in this country and all around the world. The Women's Fellowship and Church School often have projects which have raised significant funds to meet human needs.
